There is only one Jet Airways employee in India who knows how to do her job, and understands that her job includes the ability to not hang up the telephone repeatedly on passengers, to call passengers back when promised, and to do things like find missing baggage and return it to passengers who have been waiting for more than two weeks for it to arrive. This person's name is Elfi. Thank you, Elfi, for helping me get my bag. I like you and I hope you find another job elsewhere soon because Jet Airways sucks.
